Event Details

Dear Fellow,

On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to invite you to join us at the Global Interdisciplinary Specialists Training arOUnd the woRld 2011 in Singapore

In the last decade, there has been vast advances made both in the diagnosis and treatment of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (GIST). What was once novel targeted therapy is now a standard treatment. For surgery, minimal invasive surgery has become popular nowadays. For the advance stages of disease, there is an increasing use of a multimodality approach to treat patients

The aim of this one day conference is to provide a platform for oncologists, surgeons, pathologists and gastroenterologists in this region to share their experience in GIST. The conference comprises three main symposia. Our distinguished speakers will cover topics on pathogenesis, diagnosis, surgical treatment and the latest targeted therapy for GIST

I am sure this conference would benefit you in managing your GIST patients optimally
